We are so confident that you'll love your Kyrobak that if after using it for at least 45 days & no more than 60 days, you are not satisfied then we will:

  1. Refund the Product Price
  2. Refund The Shipping & Handling
  3. Pay The Cost To Ship It Back To Us

To qualify for the guarantee you must have purchased directly from this website. Full guarantee details as well as the process for issuing an RMA and a prepaid return shipping label will be included with your order. If you choose to return before you've used the unit for at least 45 days then we will still gladly refund your product price but the cost of postage to return is your responsibility.

Terms and Conditions

Your first purchase of Kyrobak products come with a 60 day Triple Guarantee.  The Guarantee begins the day the product is delivered to you from the warehouse.  If you have used your Kyrobak for at least 45 days, from that date, and are not fully satisfied contact our Customer Support Team at 888-998-4713 Monday-Friday 9a-9p EST or Saturday 10a-4p EST and we will refund your product price, refund the shipping and handling and pay the return postage.

If you choose to return your Kyrobak products before 45 days from delivery, we will refund your product price only and the cost of postage is your responsibility. 

Returns received after 60 days from the delivery to you, will not be accepted and a $10 reshipping fee may apply.

You must have an RMA (return authorization) number from the Customer Support Team in order to receive your refund.  Once you have an RMA number, you will receive your refund when the products are received and processed in the warehouse, this process could take up to 30 days from delivery back to the warehouse.
